The service was horrible. It took over 10 minutes for the server to even stop by our table, which when she finally did it was just to tell us she would be with us "in a minute," which turned into another 10 minutes before we got our drinks. The trend continued with the bad service, I won't bore you with the details, but to summarize our experience: horrible service, sub-par food (wings taste like there are from Tyson freezer bags), and standard Chili's atmosphere. No one really expects to get great food at a place like Chili's but you do expect to at least get something to drink in the first 10 minutes you are there. I liked the ziosks on the table, which made paying our bill extremely easy and quick. I can only imagine how long we would have had to wait for our server to bring us our check.

The food is good, but the servers are rude and disruptive towards each other and customers. Servers will stand there on their phones and cuss at the managers while the managers cuss back at them. I don't think I will be eating here again due to the lack of consideration and general laziness and rudeness of the employees.

Mix and match fajitas were good choice if you're hungry and want to share. The meat was actually pretty tender. The chicken was soft and breast meat but the shrimp...oh, meh don't bother ordering the shrimp. It's like eating hard jello because it's not so much crunchy like fresh shrimp but it's just too salty and not appetizing to eat. Liked my house vinagrette salad and enjoyed some dranks. Won't go wrong cause there's no wait time when come in at 850pm.

Found the tortillas had flour instead of traditional corn tortillas. The waiter dropped them off & never returned. The manager strolled by later and asked if I enjoyed lunch. I explained the problem and she acted as if it was mine, walking backwards and away as she spoke. Totally dissatisfied.

We love chilis but tonight it was horrible The kitchen the restrooms are very disgusting The macaroni and cheese was cold The waiters wasn't friendly It s the second time we came in this chilis go away in another restaurant!!

Great service! The server was very attentive and on top of everything. The food was exactly as described. It's not very often that the food actually looks like the picture in the menu but I got that here!

Arrived at restaurant few minutes before closing, door was locked and no one would answer phone for a to-go order. If I was an owner or in management of this establishment I would be concerned when customers are being turned away before closing. I spend ALOT of money at chilis and usually go there often while out of town. I will think twice before going there when they don't want my business. Love the chilis in American fork and have never had problems with them.

So it's Chilis, right? Pretty consistent across their locations? Well, it started with bad chips and salsa. How do you mess that up? The chips tasted burned and were markedly darker than you usually get. The smoked wings were cooked too much and had no smoke flavor. Ugh, bummed.

On Jan. 9, 2015 my husband wanted to go to our local Chili's. I was totally against it. I had they worse service about 6 years ago & NEVER went back. My husband assured me the place had changed management, so we took a chance. Our waiting time was not too bad. Our waitress was right on top of things. Very friendly & helpful. We all enjoyed our meals & our son enjoyed playing games while we waited for our food. We will go back ~ The reason for 4 stars, we were seated by window, but could see right the waiting station and the floor was a mess. Really something you don't want to see while eating.

New look. New menu. Delicious and great. Even the waitress was excited about the changes, and did a great job! Food was tremendous. Had they table side guac. And the smoked wings, Mmmm...

Other than the chips, they keep changing the menu. I like the place but it is not as good as they used to be. Twice had the ribeye and I hate to say it but it was the worst ribeyes I have ever had. It seems like a restaurant that won't be around for very long.

Wow. I only ate here because a customer gave me a gift card for Chili's. I feel like I should call my customer and apologize for wasting their money. We spent over an hour and a half in that place and all we ordered were 2 drinks a burger and an order of nachos. This Chili's is so bad I won't eat at another Chili's. I should have known better from all the stellar reviews this location has...

Very clean and very friendly staff. We came here twice on our vacation once on the way and once on the way back. They got a new table top touch screen where you can pay your ticket with a card. It also has games you can play for $.99. If we ever head back to this area we will be back.

Dined at Chili's twice whilst on vacation. We were not happy with our first dining experience. Our service staff seemed much more interested in getting to the next table, than helping ours. It took a little while for him to get drinks for us and take our order. We had a nut allergy present in our party, and asked the service staff if certain items would be okay to eat. He advised no - but did not even check the menu. Upon asking further questions (as his answer was not satisfactory), he didn't even bother to understand what we were asking, nor even check with the chef. Whilst the allergy person was able to eat these items at other Chilis, he advised us with a straight out NO and moved on. As our daughter loves Chilis and had begged us to eat there again, we gave in and went back. The second experience was amazing!!! For anyone with allergies, they would understand the anxiety related to dining out. Gus was our waiter the second time - and his table service was amazing! We couldn't thank him enough. He went above and beyond his duties. Upon checking which items we could eat, he helped us navigate the menu and further double check with the Chef to ensure that was no chance of cross-contamination. He assured us that each meal was fine and we did not need to worry (a completely different experience to the first one). He constantly checked on our table to make sure we were happy and everyone was okay. And refilled our drinks without any issues (another thing we missed on our first dining experience). He was prompt, quick, reliable, and an absolute joy!!! His personality was beautiful. He instantly put a smile on all our faces. He also took the time and bent down to speak with our children and took in every word they said. They loved it. Gus was amazing!! We've dined at a lot of restaurants (of all standards) across America, and we'd have to say that Gus provided us with the best service we've experienced anywhere. Food was also wonderful. Our children love the menu and love to dine there. We just wish we could have Gus at our local Chilis! Our only criticism - as with all Chilis, we find them far too cold (we now always bring a jacket each). Easily fixed by us.

Although the food was standard, I'm giving this place 1 star due to the lack of professionalism from the employees in the kitchen. The place was pretty empty at dinnertime. Bartender was pretty nice but it took him a good 5+minutes to first attend to us because he was busy making drinks for the waiters to take to other tables.. The 2 of us were the only ones sitting at the bar.. He checked on us a couple times during our meal, asked us how things were tasting, etc. We ordered a Santa Fe Chicken Salad (pretty good), and Cheese Bites (greasy and salty..) There was a football game going on, and a man sitting behind us had been there for a while. He got really into the game and was reacting loudly to the touchdowns and ref calls (but not loud enough to annoy us). He made a loud "aww" noise during one of the calls, and I could hear several of the employees in the kitchen imitating him and laughing for a good 5 minutes. They kept "aww"-ing and laughing which annoyed me quite a bit. I was sitting at the bar right next to the kitchen so I could hear everything.. That man probably heard everything too.. thankfully we were almost done with our meal. Kitchen staff, that was pretty low. We were also not greeted on the way out.

Ordered to go, I arrived at the time indicated, the restaurant was not busy (7pm on a Sunday night) and it took an extra 15 minutes because a quesadilla wasn't done. Got our food, drive home to find that they forgot our chips and salsa, guacamole and the tortillas for the fajitas. All the food besides the quesadillas was cold too. No biggie people make mistakes right? I called to see if I could pick the chips up that they forgot and told them don't sweat the tortillas, but the to go guy said he specifically remembers putting my chips in the bag and doesn't know what else to tell me, but IF I was insisting that he guessed he would "comp" me the chips and salsa, not guacamole! After this guy implied I was lying, he said fine pick them up and hung up! This was like a $35 pick up, why would I lie about $2 chips? Terrible customer service, terrible food (except the one quesadilla Ü ). Won't be going back.

I come to this Chili's every time me and my family pass through St George. We have literally been coming here for years and the staff has always been friendly, and the food amazing. I can't believe there are even any bad reviews on here. Great Chilis, I'd highly reccomend!!

After spending an amazing Sunday in Zion, we needed some food so we stopping into Chili's in St George. There was a football game on, so the host offered us seating in the bar area, which we took. The host ended up being our waiter as well. Ultimately, the service recieved was so bad that we walked out before getting our food.. that we had been waiting an hour for. We watched multiple groups of people waiting to be seated walk out as well due to there being no one working as a host. The straw that broke the camel's back was watching multiple tables that came in after us recieve their food before us. One of these parties that was served before us included an off-duty Chili's employee that came in at least 15 minutes after us. It's a shame because we travel to Southern Utah fairly often in the winter, and like to eat in St. George before driving back to Vegas. This Chili's is a place we won't be bothering to go back to though.

Overall not the worst experience but also not the best. Our waiter was helpful and quick but super impersonal. He only ever said a few words at a time and rarely stayed at the table longer than the bare minimum. Often times he would talk to us from another table he was bussing. The chips and salsa we ordered good. One problem with our main food was everyone ordered salads but the salads came out on hit plates so the lettuce was hot and cheese was melted. Also the salads were much smaller than we have had at other chili's. The soups we got were extremely thick and not filled very high. The top was glazed over and cheese almost burnt because it was most likely sitting under a heating lamp for to long. The waiter was quick and we got out of the the place in a little over 30 min. Overall the experience was average nothing incredible but not something I am raving over. Chili's in general is good but this one was not the best.

Since negative stars aren't allowed. I had to stick with one. Call ahead seating doesn't work because they lose it. We waited for 50 minutes since they lost the call ahead reservation and finally gave up and went to another restaurant. We don't plan on going to chili's again any time soon!

This Chili's may very well be a portal to the underworld. The staff is unfriendly. I was with my young siblings (who can't drink, mind you) and was treated like a 2nd class citizen compared to the 2 ladies on the table next to me who we're pounding margaritas like it was the end of the world. Also, the food was the most marginal I've had at any Chili's. Everything was overcooked, even the burnt Southwestern egg rolls. HOW DO YOU RUIN SOUTHWESTERN EGGROLLS?!?! Well unfortunately they did. You couldn't pay me enough to come back to this Chili's again.

Staff was very quick and friendly, but the food was BAD. I got the the triple dipper with egg rolls, Cheeseburger Sliders, and Buffalo Wings. The Buffalo wings were burnt to a crisp, and the sliders were raw inside. I didn't notice right away, I hope I don't get sick.

Bathroom disgusting! Kitchen: filthy, unorganized, horrible. Server Andi (the Bartender) yelling like a wanna be Marine drill instructor. Took over twenty minutes to get food for a four top at lunch at the bar. Server Andi didn't refill our drinks once, and his barking was so continuous it actually became banal. Then, food arrives and it's wrong - Andi said the wait was because he wanted to deliver all the food at once - yet he comes out to a four top with three entrees and two of them are wrong. When he finally comes back he keeps ordering us to move while he loads up the table with plate after plate after plate. My entree along came on three different plates. It's Chilis, the bar isn't high but it it's high enough that a Sunday afternoon lunch with friends or families is alright.

Ay ay ay, muy delicioso! The soothing feeling of chicken snappers sliding down my throat reminds me of happier, gentler times growing up in the cornfields of Ohio. The service was really good. What can you say... it's Chili's and you're in Utah.
